Job Description:

Position: Warehouse Worker
Location: Štiavnička, Ružomberok
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: By agreement
Salary (gross): Starting salary 950 – 1100 EUR
After probation period, salary up to 1200 EUR + 13th salary paid semi-annually

Job Responsibilities:

  • Looking for a physically and administratively skilled person to join our team in an automated warehouse
  • Clean, organized environment and a great team of coworkers
  • Work facilitated by automatic vertical stackers (modules)

Work Hours (1-shift operation Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM):

  • Goods receiving and dispatch (physical work + record keeping in the KARAT system – similar to SAP)
  • Preparing documents for mailing via post or courier service
  • Annual inventory of stock and tools (at least once a year)

Requirements:

  • Secondary school education with a graduation certificate

Other Skills:

  • Microsoft Excel – Basic
  • Microsoft Outlook – Advanced
  • Microsoft Word – Intermediate
  • Warehouse Management – Basic
  • Forklift (VZV) – Beginner

Driver’s License: B

We respect the personal and family life of every colleague, which is why most of our work is done in a one-shift system (only certain production roles work in two shifts). Every year, we plan company-wide summer and winter vacations, and weekends are free.

We use a transparent financial compensation system with salary ranges, which are reviewed every 3 years based on market surveys. Each employee’s base salary is reassessed annually based on increasing experience or responsibilities.

In addition, each position is entitled to a 13th salary, bonuses based on the fulfillment of business objectives, or monthly bonuses up to 20% based on KPI performance.
